Sip and Savor -April- (Galicia)

Monday April 13th

Join us for an immersive exploration of Galicia, its provinces, wine regions, and even each of its tiny towns, which is a universe to be explored, with its own stories hiding around every corner. Chef Masa Gushiken's menu is thoughtfully composed to mirror Galicia's many wines, which are characterized by high acidity and mineral notes due to the coastal influence. Traditional winemaking methods are often employed, emphasizing terroir and local varieties. This is a 3-course prix fixe menu, with a minimum of 2 orders. Each course is paired to highlight the wines, allowing food and wine to evolve in harmony throughout the evening. This experience is designed not simply as a pairing, but as a dialogue between terroir, tradition, and contemporary gastronomy. 

Pinchos -(four)- Escabeche (seasonal white fish / onion / raisin)

                                    Mushroom Sauté (eringi mushroom / quail egg / potato puree)

                                    Crab Croqueta 

                                    Crispy Pork (herb / sea salt)
